Mr. Ruia has a background of Commercial Studies and holds experience for technical studies through a long standing business since 1994. He is supported by his father Mr. Raj Kumar Ruia, holding a Bachelor's degree in Science from BITS, Pilani. Other than the family members, he is assisted by a team of qualified, experienced and professional consultants, staff and agents.

R.K.Enterprises has 6 persons working at Kolkata whereas it has one person each, working for it at Sibsagar (Assam), Baroda(Gujarat), Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh) and Dehradun (Uttaranchal). These are all, locations where the Oil sector premier organizations like M/S Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. and/or Oil India Ltd. projects/sites are situated.
